Three kilogram of charas was recovered in Kathua district and three men were arrested in this connection, police said on Tuesday.
Mulkh Raj, Nanak Chand and Karam Chand were arrested last night after a raid in Bani area of Kathua, they said.

When cordoned off, the trio tried to escape from the spot but were caught, they said.
