About Rs ten lakh and a laptop were looted from the car of a milk trader here on Saturday, a senior police official said.

Virender Kumar, a milk trader had Rs 9.9 lakh and a laptop kept in his car were looted by unidentified persons in Rajnagar, near here, SSP Piyush Mordia said.

Kumar had parked his car near his brother Sanjeev Gupta's residence in Rajnagar.

But when he came back he saw the broken glass of the rear seat from where some unidentified persons took the money and escaped, Mordia said.
