Fans of megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Tuesday staged a rally outside an Income Tax office in Mumbai to protest against notices issued to the actor and his family members over the payment of tax dues.

The fans, wearing dark sunglasses, also shouted slogans against the Centre during protest outside the office in south Mumbai.
The protestors later courted arrest.
Bachchan was in the news recently after a media report suggested he had bought a pair of sunglasses for Rs 2.7 lakh.
He then wrote to a senior income tax official, suggesting this was "most improbable".
