Bhagat Singh is a terrorist now?

I want to strongly protest against ICSE which has declared our national heroes Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev as terrorists in 10th class books. For this act ICSE board should be banned and author of the chapter 'Revival Of Terrorism' should be send to jail for misleading the youth.
