CBI's additional Superintendent of Police SK Peshin deposited the envelope containing the CDS in the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court.

He submitted that of the total 14 CDs, three had been deposited at the time of filing of chargesheet in July 2005.

Peshin submitted that the transcripts from the three CDS deposited earlier would also be made available to all the accused as per the direction of the High Court.

Milind Pawar, counsel of Telgi, when shown the envelope brought to the notice of the court that it did not have any date and had a seal of CBI Pune Camp.

Though his objection was taken note of, the transcripts of Telgi's alleged conversation in the CDs would be made available to all the accused by tomorrow.

The order was delivered by Justice R S Mohite who asked the CBI to hand over the transcripts of the recorded telephonic conversations to all the chargesheeted accused in the case.
