Singer Sheryl Crow wants to remain single until she is sure that she can have a relationship like her parents.
According to contactmusic.com, Crow, who split from her fiancé Lance Armstrong, had relationships with Eric Clapton and Kid Rock. She is currently dating but is not ready to disclose the identity of beau.
She says: "I've had a good model -- my mom and dad have been married for 51 years. Not every day was a euphoric, honeymoon-like experience, but they stuck with it and worked through things."
She adds: "I want a man who is my best friend. I want someone who knows himself very well and that can be challenging to find. I want a man who is a man - who is asked all the right questions in life, but is also OK with his insecurities. Having a good sense of humour is imperative."
