A 17-year-old Dalit boy was strangulated to death allegedly by the owner of a farm from where he was trying to steal a melon, police said on Friday.
Sonu was found dead on Thursday at the farm in Nasirpur village in the district.

A case has been registered against the owner of the melon field, including Shiv Kumar, who was absconding after the incident, police said.
