Five militants were apprehended by Assam Rifles troops during the past 24 hours from different areas of Manipur.
Two cadres of People's Liberation Army and three of Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) were apprehended from separate places, Assam Rifles sources said.

Arms and ammunition were also recovered, sources said.
