Five wagons of a coal-laden goods train derailed near Muniguda station of the East Coast Railway.

Five wagons of a coal-laden goods train got derailed near Muniguda station on the Vizianagaram-Ambadola section of the East Coast Railway on Friday night, official sources said.

However, train services were not affected on the route, sources said.

No one was injured in the mishap.

The goods train was on its way from Raipur to Vizianagaram when the wagons derailed.

A relief train from Vizianagaram was rushed to the accident spot to restore the derailed wagons, sources added.
