The CPB is a centre of Haryana State Council for Science and Technology (HSCST), Panchkula, an autonomous body of the state science and technology department.
While stating this here on Monday, Pushpa Kharb, director of CPB, said all departments of the state government would go through CPB for their requirements of tissue culture plants. The farmers or departments would have to submit their demand for plants to CPB six months in advance, Kharb added.
