The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court on Friday dismissed a writ petition, seeking stay on arrest by two doctors accused of alleged sexual abuse of a nursing student.
A division bench comprising Justice Abdul Mateen and Justice VK Dixit passed this order on a writ petition filed by Dr KM Singh and his son Dr Kunwar Kant Singh.

The court also observed in it's order that in case, the petitioner surrender, their bail plea shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
A nursing student of KK Institute of Nursing had recently lodged an FIR in Wazirganj Kotwali, here against both the petitioners and others for allegedly seeking sexual favours, if she wanted to pursue nursing education in their institute.
