Country's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Honda on Sunday reported 10.3 per cent rise in motorcycle sales in September at 2,92,777 units as against 2,66,071 units in the same month a year ago.

The overall two-wheeler sales increased by 13.34 per cent at 3,01,577 units, including 8,800 scooters, the company said in a statement.
The cumulative sales for the April-September period stood at 15,84,659 units, up 10.8 per cent over the corresponding period last year, it added.
