According to information, doctors at the hospital had asked the complainant to undergo an X-ray test. When the patient went to the X-ray room, the accused ward boy Chunnilal was present along with his nephew, who was asked to go outside.

After the X-ray, Chunnialal tried to molest her when the woman raised an alarm. Hearing her voice, a large number of people gathered at the spot. The complainants family informed Kotwali police who registered a case against Chunnilal.
