Those who took the poll were asked to rate the budget on a scale of 0-5. 30% of the 19,762 people who were polled till 11:45pm Thursday, evaluated the budget at 4 (very good). 27% of those polled assessed the budget at 5 (excellent), 17% rated it at 3 (good), 8% at 2 (average), 7% rated it 1 (bad) and 0 (very bad). 5% of the voters didn't have an opinion on the budget.
