It has also come to notice that some of these youths had visited Pakistan, Bangladesh and received arms training, Minister of State for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal said while replying to a written question.

Government pursues a multi-dimensional approach to deal with terrorism and extends support to the states in neutralising terrorist activities, he said.

As many as 38 Pakistani civilian prisoners in Indian jails were released on June 30, 2006 on completion of their sentences, Jaiswal said adding they were let off after confirmation of their nationality and issuance of emergency passports by Pakistan High Commission.
