FIREBRAND BJP leader Vinay Katiyar on Friday dubbed the Congress as ‘mother of all corruptions’ in the country. Besides, he strongly condemned the Congress-sponsored vulgar dance by ‘bar girls’ during campaigning of Sonia Gandhi in Rae Bareli on Thursday.
Addressing a number of public meetings in the Rae Bareli Lok Sabha constituency, Katiyar, who is the BJP nominee in the by-election, said the vulgar dances by the ‘bar girls’ reflected the true culture and character of the Congress.
Condemning the Congress-led Government at the Centre, Katiyar said that Sonia Gandhi was neither aware of the Indian culture nor problems of people and farmers, who were being exploited .
Terrorism was on the rise as the Centre had no will to curb terrorism, he observed adding that the Mulayam-led Government was no better as it had a
secret alliance with the Congress.
Highlighting the achievements of the Vajpayee Government, Katiyar alleged that the Manmohan Singh-led government was playing in the hands of ‘foreign forces’ and it would prove detrimental to the country’s development.
Calling upon the people to ensure the defeat of Sonia Gandhi to end the ‘family rule’, Katiyar promised moon to the voters saying that Rae Bareli would move fast on the path of progress and prosperity if he wins the by-election.
