Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal now has a new address. The CM has shifted his base from Kaushambi in Ghaziabad to Tikal Lane in central Delhi.
Sources said that all his belongings had been shifted and the CM will move to his new residence on Saturday.
Kejriwal was residing in a three-bedroom apartment in the Girnar Towers in Kaushambi area since 1995 with his wife, two children and his parents.

The society is home to 84 officers of Indian Revenue Services (IRS). The house was allotted in the name of Kejriwal’s wife Sunita, who is an IRS officer.
Residents of Kaushambi said Kejriwal was an inspiration to them and felt sad that he would move out.
The Kaushambi Apartments Residential Welfare Association said Kejriwal had supported them with their fight against government authorities over corruption.
“The entire complex is occupied by officials working with the income tax department. However, it was Kejriwal who raised his voice against the wrongs of the government. It is really sad to lose such courageous and helpful neighbour,” said Roli Tiwari, a resident.
Rakesh Kalra, another resident of Kaushambi, said, “It is the right decision taken by Kejriwal, the CM should live in the state where he belongs. He has started his movement from the city we expect he will keep visiting the city.”
