Five products of his company are now the best selling supplements in the country. In all, it distributes 15 brands nationally and internationally, and five of these are Britain's best selling supplements. Last May, Lalwani's Vitabiotics was given The Queens Award, which is considered the most coveted commercial prize that might be awarded to UK businesses.

The GG2 dinner function to recognise and honour leadership and celebrate diversity in the multi-racial society was started by the Editor-in-Chief of Garavi Gujarat publications, Ramniklal Solanki, OBE, and it has now become an annual feature in the Asian circuit. It is supported by organisations and institutions, like Barclays, BT, Royal Navy, Daily Mail and Daily Mirror.

Solanki said that the aim of GG2 Leadership and Diversity Awards was to break down barriers, like mistrust and prejudice that prevent people from realising their ambitions and fulfilling their dreams.
