Chairman of Lonavala Municipal Council Raju Choudhary murdered in broad day light by two unidentified assailants, police said.

Chairman of Lonavala Municipal Council Raju Choudhary was on Tuesday murdered in broad day light by two unidentified assailants, police said.

Choudhary was in his office when the two men attacked him with choppers and swords, they said.

Investigations were on into the incident that sent shock waves across the hill station, about 50 kms from Pune.
