T20 Women's World Cup Schedule

The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 will begin in the UAE on 3rd October, 2024, as 10 teams face off in the ninth edition of the tournament.

England and India’s teams are the other powerhouses in the tournament. India are seeking a first ICC Women’s T20 World Cup win, while 2009 champions England will be keen to end Australia’s dominance of the tournament.

The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup fixtures begin with Bangladesh playing Scotland in Sharjah on October 3rd. South Africa vs West Indies and India vs New Zealand in Dubai on 4th October will be the first marquee clashes of the tournament.

India vs Pakistan will be the match to look out for on 6th October, to be played in Dubai as the fierce rivals take each other on with plenty at stake.

India vs Australia will likely be the most important match of the group stage in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup schedule, with the two teams aware that they can cause damage to their opponents, with this being a possible matchup for the final.

The first semifinal will take place on 17th October in Dubai, while the second semifinal will be on 18th October in Sharjah. The final will take place in Dubai on 20th October.

The 10 teams are split into two groups of five teams each, with the top two teams from these groups qualifying for the knockout rounds. India share a group with Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. The second group consists of England, South Africa, Bangladesh, Scotland, and the West Indies.
