MHOW FOOTBALL CLUB and Madhya Pradesh Police, Bhopal won their respective matches to advance to the third round in the Rameshchandra Sharma memorial All India Gold Cup Football Tournament organised by Central Gymkhana Club at Christian College ground today.
In the first match Mhow Football Club clashed with Royal Club Indore. In the well contested match Mhow team showed their supremacy to defeat Indore team by 2-0 goals.
The second match was played between MP Police, Bhopal and Ratlam Sports Club. MP Police fought well to put pressure on the opponent defense and scored two goals against Ratlam. They won the match by 2-0 goals.
Two matches would be played tomorrow. Bharath Club, Jaipur, would play against Adivasi Club, Indore in the first match, while in the second match Mandi Club, Neemuch, would clash against Young Brothers, Badwani.
