The Madhya Pradesh high court on Monday adjourned hearing of a bunch of petitions demanding CBI probe into MP Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) scam till October 7.

The Special Task Force (STF) filed in a sealed cover the reply to certain objections raised by the petitioners related to the ongoing investigation carried by it into the MPPEB scam.

The petitioners raised the objections during the previous hearing of the case. A division bench comprising chief justice AM Khanwilkar and justice Alok Aradhe told the parties that they require some time to go through the reply filed by the STF before proceeding further in the case.
