"Whatever exit polls say it is certain that the NDA would regain power and President APJ Kalam would be inviting Vajpayee to form the next government," he said.

"People will bring back NDA government into power because they do not want political instability which is not good for the country," Advani said while addressing an election rally here in support of BJP candidate Chand Nath.

Describing the opposition alliance led by Congress as a "team without any captain", he said by exercising their franchise in favour of BJP, the electorate would achieve a two-in-one objective - that of getting the party back to power and making Vajpayee Prime Minister again.

To claims for the Prime Minister's post, if Congress-led alliance musters majority in polls, the Deputy Prime Minister said "earlier it was Vajpayee versus a big question mark but now it is Vajpayee versus several claimants".

With huge foreign exchange reserves and fine economic indicators, he said India was becoming a force to reckon with in the world fora.
