A Panvel court in Mumbai on Wednesday remanded Pintu Singh, who allegedly shot at Congress leader Pawanraje Nimbalkar and his driver in 2006, to CBI custody till June 24.
The CBI took Singh into custody from Uttar Pradesh Police on Tuesday and produced him before the Panvel court on Wednesday.
