The decision to issue notice to Scindia was taken after one Munne Khan, who filed an application, said that he had spent 22 days in Scindia's campaign for the Lok Sabha elections this year.
Khan said that Scindia should pay Rs 10,000 in lieu of the work done by him in the campaign.
However, in his application, Khan mentioned the name of Scindia's election agent Ankur Modi.
