A 32-year-old man from the powerloom town of Malegaon was questioned by the Mumbai Crime Branch in Nasik for his alleged links with the banned outfit SIMI, police officials said in Mumbai on Friday.

Shabbir Ahmed Masiulla, resident of Machhi Bazar locality of Malegaon was questioned on Wednesday night and later let off, police said adding, he was summoned on Friday morning for a second round of questioning.
However, police refused to divulge further details.
