The reports would be submitted to the court of Justice VM Kanade who will take up for hearing the anticipatory bail plea of Dalmiya, former BCCI President, SK Nair, former BCCI secretary, former treasurers Kishore Rungta and Jyoti Bajpai, the sources said.

The court had earlier granted them interim protection from arrest till April 10 but asked them to cooperate with investigations.

In keeping with judicial directive, Dalmiya and others had attended Economic Offences Wing (EOW) inquiry in Mumbai on March 27, 28, 29, 31 and in Kolkata on April 3, 4 and 5.

The court had also ordered them not to leave the country without its permission.

Dalmiya and others, urging for anticipatory bail, had argued earlier that they apprehended arrest in the case filed by the Cricket Board on March 16 at Marine Drive police station here for alleged misappropriation of funds.

They also alleged that the BCCI complaint was filed only with a view to pressurise, harass and humiliate Dalmiya and cause him grave harm.
