The jinxed Shahpur Kandi dam project was one of the matters that Punjab chief secretary Sarvesh Kaushal raised with Jammu and Kashmir governor NN Vohra when he called on him on Friday here.

A Raj Bhawan spokesman said later that the Punjab chief secretary had stated his government's position on various issues between the two states and the governor was in favour of early resolution of all outstanding issues arising from this project.
