People's Democratic party (PDP) on Monday created ruckus in the J&K assembly over union minister Farooq Abdullah's 'maha chor' remark. The opposition jumped into the Well of the House demanding an apology from the union minister.

Farooq Abdullah had allegedly said that Kashmiris form the major chunk of people indulging in electricity theft. He gave the statement during a function of his ministry in Delhi.
