BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Thursday slammed attorney general Mukul Rohatgi and solicitor general Ranjit Kumar after the Uttarakhand high court axed the President’s Rule in the state.

As the high court ruled against the BJP revoking the President’s rule, Swamy suggested it’s “time to get a new AG and SG for the BJP Govt”.
Uttarakhand had been under the President’s rule as Harish Rawat’s government was dismissed on March 27 on the grounds of a “breakdown of Constitutional machinery” in a decision that came after a rebellion in the ruling Congress.
