Thirty people infected by dengue in Kolkata

At least 30 people have been infected by the dengue fever in Kolkata, city mayor Bikash Bhattacharya said.

No new case of dengue was reported on Sunday, he added.

"We have taken steps to contain the disease and results are evident with the reported cases of dengue being just 30 among the people in the city," he said.

Bhattacharya, however, asked people to be more responsible by not allowing water to accumulate in any place like flower pots or coolers in their house.
