RS Manohar, a well-known Tamil film and theatre personality, died early Tuesday morning following a cardiac arrest, his family sources said.
He was 81 and is survived by his wife.

Starting his career in Tamil films in 1951 with his first role in Rajambal, Manohar went on to act in nearly 300 movies.
