Indian-born American celebrity Padma Lakshmi shared a tweet’s screenshot on her Instagram account and the post is going viral. With the caption, “Every Indian mother and auntie”, the post hilariously captures the struggle of a daughter who asks her mother for cooking lessons. It takes a hilarious dig at the fact that while cooking Indian moms often rely on their feelings to measure ingredients rather than the conventional method.
The original post was shared by a Twitter user last year. However, it has gained popularity after being posted by Padma Lakshmi on May 9. Till now, it has garnered more than 21,000 “likes” – and counting.
