The students of Rajkiya Balika Ucha Prathamik Vidayala complained of vomiting and stomach aches soon after eating the food, police said.

At least 20 girls fell sick with 14 of them admitted to a hospital for treatment, they said adding the school is located in sub-urban Harmara town.

The food was served by an NGO, police said.
