Kiara Advani's corset look, Tara Sutaria's animal print dress — are these the month’s boldest looks? Toxic stars join actor Yash for a glam moment in Bengaluru.

The promotional tour for Geetu Mohandas’s upcoming action-drama Toxic kicked off with high-octane glamour in Bengaluru on August 8. Bringing two distinct sartorial interpretations to the stage, actors Kiara Advani and Tara Sutaria turned the trailer launch into a red carpet masterclass. Offering a dramatic contrast between 1990s-inspired maximalism and crisp, modern architectural tailoring, the duo proved that high-fashion storytelling is just as compelling off-screen.

Here is a breakdown of their looks:

Tara Sutaria’s feline maximalism

Embracing vintage siren glamour with unapologetic confidence, Tara Sutaria delivered a masterclass in leopard print — a trend that continues its dominant revival across global runways. She wore a TNA Ilkyaz Ozel (The New Arrivals) dress. The floor-sweeping piece featured an off-the-shoulder scooped neckline and skin-tight full sleeves that accentuated her silhouette while maintaining an aura of drama.

Kiara Advani’s sculpted monochromatic minimalism

Providing a striking visual antithesis, Kiara Advani opted for ethereal structural precision in an all-white ensemble by Moscow-based brand Say No More. Kiara's outfit married sharp corsetry with fluid drapery with a white couture corset top — complete with delicate off-the-shoulder straps and sharp, architectural peplum hip-flaps — paired seamlessly with a cascading draped skirt featuring a dramatic thigh-high slit.

Kiara’s look was curated with ultra-refined accessories that reinforced the clean, high-fashion aesthetic: from diamond earrings by Amaris Jewels paired with understated rings from Golden Gazelle Gems to classic Christian Louboutin pointed-toe pumps in neutral nude. Brushed-out, voluminous waves paired with luminous, dewy skin, defined brows, and a subtle winged eye completed her beauty look.

The two actors offered a compelling study in sartorial tension. Tara’s look tapped into warm, tactile texture and animalistic flair, channelling the magnetic aura of 1990s supermodels. On the other end of the spectrum, Kiara's crisp silhouette was all about contemporary restraint, with sharp lines and sculpted proportions that created an effortlessly pristine moment. As Toxic begins its grand promotional push across India, this double fashion triumph in Bengaluru sets a high standard for looks yet to follow.
