Ingredients:
- 8–10 fresh coriander sprigs
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2 green chillies, stems removed
- ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped
- Rock salt to taste
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, plus extra for sprinkling
- 6–8 ice cubes
- 1 cup water
Method:
1. Blend the ingredients: Add the yoghurt, green chillies, fresh coriander, chopped ginger, rock salt and roasted cumin powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Adjust the consistency: Transfer the mixture to a bowl or jug. Add one cup of water and mix well to achieve a light, drinkable consistency.
3. Add ice: Add the ice cubes and stir to chill the drink.
