The arrested man’s wife, Seema Bhillo Rathod, works at the school as a teacher. She was pregnant and suffered a miscarriage on Friday. She was among the school staff appointed for election duty.

Chikhali will vote on Monday under Shirur Lok Sabha constituency.

The incident took place at 1 pm on Saturday at Ambawle’s office in Swami Vivekanand Vidya Mandir school in Sahyognagar area of Talwade in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
