40,000 Urdu-medium students from Maharashtra may not be able to take NEET in 2017

The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday refused to hear a plea of urgency motion filed by the Students Islamic Organisation (SIO) to include Urdu as one of the languages in which students could take NEET. The plea will be heard on March 3, while the last day of registration is March 1.
