This was the second such case registered by the Andheri RTO this week. The 26-foot-long limousine — with lavish seating arrangement, a bar, LED lights, a small refrigerator, an LED screen and other facilities — was hired by an events management company.

Originally, the vehicle was manufactured by Chrysler, said the source. It was registered in Delhi as a maxicab in 2012 with a seating capacity of nine plus one driver.

Based on the limo’s chassis number, officials believe that the vehicle was manufactured in 2007. A flying squad led by motor vehicle inspector Aanandram Wagle and others seized the limo.

Earlier, the team had seized a vehicle modified as limo from Juhu.
