Patel, who is now studying for SYBcom had applied in AHA two years ago after completing HSC, which was the criteria for admissions. "There were many students who were only SSC pass," said Patel.

"We were promised a job of a high posting in the hospitality industry but when we were sent for interviews we were offered jobs of stewardess and housekeeping staff. AHA management had also told us that we would get a certificate from Cambridge University after the course but we found out that the contract between AHA and Cambridge had lapsed months ago," added Patel.

Like Patel, Mohini Khilare from Pune joined AHA after paying Rs 1.30 lakh fees.

"The EMIs on the loan taken for the admission fees has started but I have no job. The quality of the standard of training in the institute was not as good as it was promised. We complained to the management a few times but they did not pay any heed," said Khilare.
