Mumbai: Newborn girl found dead in Kalyan hospital toilet

The body deceased has been sent to JJ hospital, Marine lines, for a DNA test.

“The public toilet is frequented by many throughout the day. We are checking the CCTV camera footage of the past few days for clues. We are also going through the hospital’s records to find cases of women who delivered girls between Wednesday and Thursday and have been discharged after the delivery,” said inspector Vijay Bhise, of Mahatma Phule police station.
