The 45 persons present at the raided sundown party at Hotel Oakwood Premier in Juhu will have to wait another week to know if they have tested positive for drugs.

Amongst the 91 persons present at the party on May 20, the drug test report of 46 persons has been disclosed so far. Of them, 44 have tested positive for drugs.
An official from the Maharashtra forensic science laboratory at Kalina said that will send the drug test results by next week. “Since we had to also conduct tests in connection with the Mantralaya fire incident, there has been a gap between the first and second report. The second report should be sent to the police by middle of next week.”
Along with the drug report, the alcohol report will also be sent to the police.
This report had been sought as the police had also booked the revellers under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949, since they did not have the necessary permit to consume alcohol.
Of the earlier batch of 46 samples sent, 44 tested positive for drugs.
