Music composer Anu Malik alleges that Pritam Chakraborty has lifted the entire tune of his song, Mohabaat naam hai kiska... from Ajnabee and used it in the song, Character dheela hai...
The song featured in director Anees Bazmee’s next, Ready, is picturised on Salman and Zarine Khan. “The full tempo and tune has been ripped off,” says Anu. “I liked the song and called up Aneesji to congratulate him. Then I found that I was clapping for my own song,” he added. “We have to take legal opinion and then take a call,” said Malik, who’s planning to file a suit.
