MUZAFFARPUR: An FIR was lodged here on Thursday against two Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) students after a video clip showing them brutally thrashing their classmate on the school premises went viral on social media. Taking strong note of the incident, that took place on September 25, Union minister of state for HRD Upendra Kushwaha has asked the commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, to inquire into the matter and submit his report within a week.
