NEW DELHI: A special CBI court directed the agency to inquire into allegations of disproportionate assets of a former secretary of Research and Analysis Wing. An February 18, 2013, order by Tis Hazari special court asking CBI to probe the assets of AK Verma, the then R&AW chief was challenged by CBI in the Delhi HC and was quashed.
