At least 14 people, including women and children, died in a massive fire that broke out in an apartment in Dhanbad on Tuesday evening. Prime Minister Narendra Modi condoled the loss of lives in the devastating fire and announced an ex-gratia of ₹2 lakh for the next-of-kin of the dead. (PTI)
