The Indian National Congress (INC) marked its 138th foundation day today, December 28. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, former party chiefs Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, and top Congress leaders and workers celebrated the occasion at the AICC headquarters (ANI)
