After offering prayers, Tendulkar and other dignitaries will arrive at the event site, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the project, to be built at the cost of about ₹450 crore.

BCCI Secretary Jay Shah, President Roger Binny, Vice President Rajiv Shukla are also among the attendees at the event. The BCCI will spend ₹330 crores on the stadium's construction.
