According to information, the victim, in her complaint to the Division Number 7 police, stated that the accused continued to rape her for three years and when she asked him to marry her, the accused refused.

The victim alleged that the mother and sister of the accused were also aware about their relations and "they also supported the accused."

The victim, who lives in the same colony, said she came in contact with Ravi Mishra around three years ago. She works in a private firm and the accused worked in a steel factory.

According to the woman, apart from establishing physical relations, he used to grab her salary as well. On Thursday, when he reportedly refused to marry her, she complained to the police.
