District transport officer Manpreet Singh Chattwal has issued orders that licences, whether they are learning, renewal or permanent ones, for which photographs were done till February 5, will be delivered on February 15 and February 16 from 10am to 4pm. The people concerned can receive their licences after taking the receipts.
